Interlane Communications is a specialist production company supplying bespoke and cost-effective audio-visual content to the public sector and small to medium sized commercial organisations.

We produce material in a variety of digital media - video, audio, graphics, web based applications, web design and for-print. Our productions have cross platform capacity and are used widely for internal and external communications, conferences and training.

'A Moment of Mishearing'
Interlane has been commissioned by Art and Adventure Ltd, a leading production company to produce a set of short films and other graphic content for their forthcoming stage production featuring the work of Indian novelist and musician Amit Chaudhuri.

An 'Interlane' CLC Manager - for Brentford City Learning Centre.

The Interlane CLC Manager was originally developed to be a portable web-based calendar and booking management tool that allowed the clc to manage their booking requests for their various facilities. Over time we expanded the system and upgraded it to include an asset management system and contacts database.

The Interlane CLC Manager is used by Brentford CLC, Feltham CLC, Lambeth CLC and Wandsworth CLC.

'Smartkids' - a web-based animation designed to make primary school children aware of personal safety issues on their journey to school.
'Bestreetwize' - a web-based, interactive, decision-making animation designed to make adolescents aware of personal safety issues.

Both projects were designed to engage young people in discussions with their peers and their teachers. The site also contains teachers' notes.

Interlane can provide ICT training for your staff, weather it is a commercial setup or for education. We specialise in Apple MAC but can provide training cross-platform.

Interlane has ten years experience working across all key stages and advising on initial teacher training. Our work has focused on innovating and integrating ICT into all areas of the curriculum.

Our latest innovative project is called 'The Digital Orchestra'. It makes use of the Open Sound Control (OSC) protocol to control elements of a multi media performance using iPads, iPhones, iPod touch and Adroid devices. We were price winners at the Learners Y Factor, presented by Jason Bradbury at Learning Without Frontiers 2011. Click here to read a bit more about this performance.
